BALLERSTAEDT has taken all necessary measures at an early stage to ensure that business operations and production can continue. We are currently making every effort to protect our employees and at the same time to continue to satisfy our customers. The most important measures here in brief:

• All hygiene measures were once again tightened throughout the entire company.
• Our production works in shifts, thus significantly reducing the number of employees working in the building at the same time and reducing also the number of contacts among them.
• Most administrative staff work in home office.
• All business trips and personal meetings are cancelled.

Due to these measures, we are able to deliver all orders from our customers as confirmed. We are doing everything we can to ensure that this continues to be the case, because without the packaging materials produced by us and other companies in the packaging industry, the supply of food, medical products and medicines would be far more difficult than it already is in the current situation. Packaging protects the products throughout the supply chain from bad influences such as light, oxygen or moisture and enables proper, hygienic and safe delivery to consumers. Thus, BALLERSTAEDT, as a manufacturer of packaging materials for the food and pharmaceutical industry, is also a system-relevant company that will continue to operate with as few restrictions as possible.
