Your personal data, personal details, settings and history data will only be processed for the purpose of conducting and evaluating the survey, and data security precautions will be observed and deleted afterwards.
As part of your participation in this survey, personal data provided by you will be stored in the survey software SurveyMonkey for the duration of the survey period. Afterwards, the data will be downloaded to our in-house system. The data is then pseudonymised and processed in the context of conducting and evaluating the survey. The survey is not anonymous.
Apart from the personal data mentioned above, no special categories of personal data (according to Art. 9, 51 to 56 DS-GVO) will be collected and processed.
All reasonable steps will be taken to protect your personal data. You will be identifiable by name, but the data will only be used for internal company purposes only and will not be published .
The security of your data within the framework of the applicable data protection laws and technical possibilities is our top priority. Every transmission of data via the Internet involves the risk that unauthorised third parties may gain access to your data or, for example, the content of e-mails. Complete protection is not possible, even with all due care. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system is used, but we would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
To protect your data, technical and organisational security measures are maintained, which are constantly adapted to the state of the art.
Furthermore, it cannot be guaranteed that the service will be available at all times. Malfunctions, interruptions or failures cannot be ruled out. The servers used are carefully backed up on a regular basis.
Automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Article 22(1) and (4) DS-GVO on the basis of the personal data collected does not take place.
You have the right to know what personal data is available. By taking part in this survey, you consent to the collection, processing, disclosure and storage of your personal data (see above) as part of the study.
You have the right to request information about the personal data concerned or a pseudonym used by you (§15 DS-GVO) as well as rectification (§16 DS-GVO), restricted processing, erasure (right to be forgotten, §17 DS-GVO) and blocking of the personal data (§18 DS-GVO). You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that has been provided in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
