Whether for cosmetics, food or other products, the PolySeal Duo Compact is suitable for sealing all types of plastic containers. The containers must be no more than 220 mm high and have a maximum external diameter of 200 mm and a maximum mouth diameter of 120 mm.
A semi-automatic sealing machine combines manual and automated functions. With the PolySeal Duo Compact, the container to be sealed must be placed into the machine manually and the sealing process initiated using a lever. The sealing lids are then applied and the container sealed automatically in a single step. The sealed container must subsequently be removed manually.
The PolySeal Duo Compact achieves a performance of 500 to 600 units per hour.
