Heel Run 2026: “80 Years – BALLERSTAEDT on the Move”

Under the motto “80 Years – BALLERSTAEDT on the Move,” a BALLERSTAEDT team participated in the Heel Run in Baden-Baden for the first time on June 19, 2026. Despite temperatures exceeding 30°C, our employees Jasmin Gerke, Heike Keller, Caroline Kraus, Heidi Lauer and Colette Wachtarz took part in the 4 km walking event, while Crina Cercea, Scarlett Eßlinger, Kristina Senski and Sina Weber competed in the 4 km run – all proudly wearing BALLERSTAEDT’s anniversary jerseys in vibrant magenta. They were supported by several family members who also participated in the race, showcasing team spirit that extends beyond company boundaries.

They were among more than 6,000 participants who completed the course in Baden-Baden with great determination and endurance despite the intense heat, helping to set a new participation record for the event. The runners and walkers were cheered on by an enthusiastic crowd that supported all participants along the route. Refreshing water showers provided welcome relief from the high temperatures.

The sporting event not only offered an opportunity to be active together but also strengthened team spirit and camaraderie beyond the workplace. With endurance, motivation and plenty of good spirits, our participants mastered the challenge and can be proud of their achievements.
