Cosmetic Business 2025 – Two new sealing materials for the cosmetics market

At Cosmetic Business 2025 in Munich, BALLERSTAEDT is presenting two newly developed sealing materials that are particularly suitable for protecting valuable cosmetic products:

With the all-rounder BaCo Seal Pro Peel 4.3, we offer a universally applicable sealing foil for peelable sealing against various plastics, but this sealing material can also be used for sealing glass, aluminum and sheet metal without any problems. Thanks to the universal sealing medium, sealing temperatures can be reduced, thus saving energy.

The sealing material BaCo Seal PP-Coat 4.2 offers a peelable seal against PP containers and has a particularly high resistance to filling and is therefore also suitable for demanding products. Hot filling is also no problem for this foil, which makes the material particularly suitable for food and cosmetics.

Both materials are of course free from BPA and PFAS and are supplied as aluminum sealing lids (flat or preformed) or on reels.
