Farewell of Ulrich Wieber at Christmas Party 2025

On Friday, December 19th, we held our annual Christmas party. In a warm and festive atmosphere, with delicious food, drinks, and plenty of engaging conversations, we looked back together on the year 2025.

A special highlight of the evening — both joyful and a little bittersweet — was the farewell of our long-time colleague and employee, Ulrich Wieber. After heartfelt words full of nostalgic anecdotes from Harald Ballerstaedt about their time working together and Mr. Wieber’s dedicated efforts in the Quality Management, Innovation and Application Department, the BALLERSTAEDT team bid him farewell with an entertaining sketch and a personalized song as he enters his well-deserved retirement.

As Director of Innovation, Application and Quality, Ulrich Wieber shaped the company for more than 16 years with his expertise, passion, and tireless commitment. Under his leadership, numerous innovative projects were successfully implemented, and the quality of our products and services was continuously improved. We at BALLERSTAEDT would like to sincerely thank him for his outstanding work and his significant contribution to our success, and we wish him all the very best for the future!

In the new year, Daniel Herrmann will take over Mr. Wieber’s responsibilities. We are confident that, with his expertise and fresh perspective, he will successfully continue on the path we have set.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to making the Christmas party and Mr. Wieber’s farewell such a memorable occasion — and we’re looking forward to a successful and inspiring year 2026!
