Induction sealer BaCo SmartSeal 800

The new BaCo SmartSeal 800 handheld sealer offers first-class induction sealing technology in a portable, functional and intelligent package. The compact device for sealing caps is ideal for small production facilities and laboratories. It delivers an output of up to 15 closures per minute.

The user-friendly touchscreen interface clearly displays the status of the sealing machine and the integrated SmartSeal analysis, when activated, allows the quality of each seal to be monitored in real time and provides a pass/fail signal with audible confirmation. This allows operators to quickly identify if a seal may have failed.
The sealing time and power level can be easily set via the touchscreen and can be locked with a passcode if required to prevent unauthorized changes. The BaCo SmartSeal 800 also offers the option to choose between 5 languages (English, French, German, Spanish and Italian).
