Despite new crises and an economic situation marked by recession, BALLERSTAEDT is sticking to its tradition of showing solidarity at Christmas. “Promoting voluntary work and helping the less fortunate among us is an integral part of our corporate philosophy,” emphasises Harald Ballerstaedt, Managing Director of the Rastatt-based sealing technology specialist. In the spirit of Christmas, BALLERSTAEDT always supports a wide variety of local organisations that are committed to helping the most diverse target groups.<\/p>\n
This year, the pre-Christmas gifts went to the following organisations:<\/p>\n
Vive – Verein f\u00fcr internationale Vielfalt e.V., Freunde der Augusta-Sibylla-Schule e.V., F\u00f6rderverein Karlschule e.V., Seniorenhilfe Rastatt e.V., Phoenixtheater Rastatt e.V., Jiu-Jitsu Kampfsportverein Rastatt e.V., Feuervogel e.V., Theater-Verein-Reithalle e.V., Hospizdienst, Caritasverband LK, Tierheim Rastatt, Frauen helfen Frauen and the Tafel Rastatt.<\/p>\n
The organisations received donation cheques in recognition of their tireless work on behalf of children, the elderly, the needy, refugees, people interested in culture and animals in Rastatt. These donations are used to fund a wide range of projects, including the fulfilment of individual Christmas wishes, art projects, professional support and various counselling and prevention services. The annual donations ensure the continuity of this work.<\/p>\n
