Last week, a health day was held for our employees focusing on the topics of “brain food and water”. In cooperation with BARMER health insurance, our staff team learned how a targeted diet and sufficient fluid intake can have a positive impact on performance and general well-being.<\/p>\n
In addition to the presentations: “Brainfood – eating right for more concentration” and “Water – the elixir of life”, there were various brainfood tasting stations with a selection of tasty and healthy snacks that are specifically known to support brain function. Finally, every employee was given the opportunity to take a BARMER Body Check, which included measuring their muscle mass and fat percentage. The offer was very well received.<\/p>\n
Even if a lot of things are basically known, it is still very motivating to refresh your knowledge and, for example, to remind yourself of the sugar content of various drinks.
